Duravit AG is strengthening the company's structures by appointing a Chief People Officer (CPO) specifically responsible for its global workforce. Ingmar Irle will expand the existing Executive Board team as of January 1st, 2024.

Ingmar Irle has over 30 years of experience in international HR management, gained in various industries. For the past 4 years, he was responsible for the HR management at the international roofing company BMI Group. Prior to that, he spent 11 years at the toy company Mattel and 12 years at the consumer goods manufacturers Gillette and Procter & Gamble.

The married family man comes from the Rhine-Main area and studied international business administration with a double degree in Münster, Germany and Hull, Great Britain.
