Which D-Code Series Products Are Right for Me?
D-Code sinks
Visually speaking, D-Code is stylishly understated: a rectangle with
rounded corners, the original shape of the sink par excellence. Each D-Code sink carries the same
"genetic code" as the entire range, using rectangles with gently
rounded edges, wide surrounding rims, and generous storage areas towards the
back. There are still plenty of flexible design options: different versions are
available for a wide range of applications, with or without an optional half or full pedestal.
D-Code vanity washbasins
Vanity washbasins come in different widths and offer
plenty of storage space.
D-Code double sinks
Double sinks are available with as well as without Half or full siphon cover pedestals or
to go on top of a vanity cabinet.
D-Code built-in sinks
Built-in sinks allow various individual combinations, for
installation from above, below or as an half-built-in version.

D-Code bathroom furniture
The bathroom furniture from D-Code fits into the series perfectly. The vanity cabinets are perfectly matched to the sinks in the series – the overhang of just 1/3 inch (8 mm) gives the combination of the furniture and ceramics an organic and elegant look. The useful semi-tall cabinets create additional storage space in the bathroom. Like the vanity cabinet, these are also available in eight different decorative finishes. This wide selection makes it possible to get creative with your bathroom design.
The handles, which come in chrome or diamond black, offer further customization options. They are also extremely comfortable to use, thanks to the recessed grip that is milled into them from below. The product range is rounded out with illuminated bathroom mirrors and mirrored cabinets.

D-Code bathtubs
The D-Code series includes the luxury of an attractive bathtub range at truly entry-level prices. The reduced edge height of 1 inch (25 mm) creates yet another visual accent. A variety of shapes and sizes, a corner bathtub, a hexagonal model, and an internal depth of either 15 or 18 inches (39 or 45 cm) allow you to find the perfect bathtub for your own bathroom.
In addition, D-Code bathtubs come either as a classic version with the drain in the foot area or with the drain in the center. This means that the drain isn't in the area where you stand when using the bathtub as a shower. A convenient add-on item is the optional Duravit bath handle to help you get in and out of the tub. The smooth acrylic finish makes it easy to clean and maintain.
By the way: All models can be equipped with the economical "Jet Project" jetted-tub function. The six jet nozzles positioned on the sides provide a relaxing massage effect that you can only experience with a whirlpool bathtub.
D-Code showers
The D-Code series is also ideal for people who prefer a refreshing shower over a bath. The series includes 34 different shower trays: three of these are square and 30 are rectangular in a variety of dimensions, and the final one is a quarter-circle version. All the models in the D-Code series are just as elegant as they are functional – and they match perfectly with the rest of the range, making showering better than ever.
By the way: All Duravit shower trays are available with a transparent, anti-slip coating.
D-Code bidets and toilets
For toilets in the D-Code series, you can choose
between a wall-mounted toilet (with a
standard-depth or shallow bowl design), a compact wall-mounted toilet
(standard-depth bowl), or a standing toilet (standard-depth or
shallow bowl design). The rimless toilets with Duravit
Rimless® technology are extremely hygienic and also quick and easy to clean.
The product range is rounded out with the matching bidet. Duravit also offers the
option of having your toilet seats equipped with our slow-close function. A light
tap is all that is needed, and the D-Code toilet
seat lowers automatically, closing gently and silently.
D-Code urinals
While it's true that urinals are most commonly
found in public and semi-public areas, urinals can also be easily included in
upscale private bathrooms. D-Code urinals
also come with the Duravit Rimless® flushing technology. They are also equipped
with a flushing nozzle, which ensures perfect, hygienic flushing of the
surfaces, despite the low water consumption. D-Code urinals are available with either a top or a rear
inlet.
D-Code faucets
The slim and modern design of the bathroom faucets in the series is impressive. You'll find the right sink faucet for every need, thanks to the three different sizes. In terms of aesthetics, you can also choose between models in chrome or matte black, so that the faucets harmonize perfectly with the style of the bathroom. In addition, D-Code mixer taps come with the FreshStart and MinusFlow features to save on both energy and water consumption.

towel holder, a bath towel holder, a towel ring, a brush set and a toilet paper

Accessible bathrooms
Functionality and design with the D-Code sink
The most important criteria for accessible bathrooms
include functionality and flexibility. D-Code Vital meets these criteria without skimping
on design. D-Code
sinks are 2 feet (60
cm) wide with a flat or concealed siphon and can be accessed with a wheelchair
without any problems. Bathroom users can support themselves on the edge of the
sink to pull themselves up – the functional comfort and timeless design make
the whole experience easier and more pleasant.
D-Code toilets: comfort without limit
Accessible bathrooms have to meet special requirements
and comply with specific laws. When designing the facilities, the goal should
be to ensure the most independent use possible. The toilet definitely plays a
key role in this. The Vital version of the D-Code toilet is installed at a height of about 18 to 20 inches (45 to 50
cm), and it projects about 28 inches (70 cm) from the wall. This makes it easy
to access with a wheelchair and makes transfers easier.
Medical, public and semi-public areas
Med version sinks
The top priority in the medical sector is avoiding
germs. The Med version of these sinks was designed without an overflow hole but
with a hygienically sealed overflow channel instead, making them the ideal
solution for clinics, medical practices, nursing homes and rehabilitation
facilities.
Electronic flush sensors for better hygiene
Hygiene is arguably the most important criteria in
public and semi-public toilet areas. That's why we offer D-Code urinals with manual flushing
or with an electronic flush sensor: a sensor triggers the toilet to flush when
you leave the area after use.
Design by sieger design
Since the company was founded, Duravit has shaped the world of bathroom design. We owe this achievement primarily to our collaboration with Dieter Sieger in 1990 – this set us on the path to becoming a designer bathroom manufacturer. We raised the bar with our "Darling" ceramic series and, looking back, we changed the industry. This required a good deal of courage, but above all, a love for sustainable and timeless designs, which is still reflected in every Duravit product to this day.
